UC Berkeley School of Law will host an online book launch event for Prof. Jyh-An LEE’s co-authored book Intellectual Property Law in China (Wolters Kluwer 2nd edition, 2021) at 17:00 PT on 23 September 2021. Co-authored with Professors Peter Ganea, Danny Friedmann (Ph.D., CUHK LAW 2013), and Mr. Douglas Clark, the book has been published as part of the Max Planck Series on Asian Intellectual Property Law. Leading intellectual property (IP) law scholars in Asia and North America will join the authors to discuss the past, present, and future of Chinese IP law.
