As the official student representative body, the Undergraduate Law Society aims to listen to the voices of its members, and place their needs as the Society’s utmost priority.
Derived from Greek mythology, Hesperus represents the evening stars speckling across the night sky. It conveys our hopes and ambitions for all to excel as they embark on their legal journey. Through immersing themselves in the Faculty’s events, Basic Members will be able to foster meaningful connections as they broaden their horizons at the same time. We vow to listen to each and every opinion with sincerity, at the same time advocate for the rights and interests of the Basic Members.
Hesperus – the brightest star in a veil of darkness, its beacon of light shining for all to strive, and to reach for more.

THE GRADUATE LAW STUDENTS ASSOCIATION
The Graduate Law Students Association represents all postgraduate law students at CUHK. We are the liaison between students and the faculty, and arrange career talks, socials and other events. All postgraduate law students are automatically members of the GLSA with voting rights in the general election that happens once every academic year.
