Prof. Sandra MARCO COLINO has published an article “The Long Arm of State Aid Law: Crushing Corporate Tax Avoidance” in the Fordham International Law Journal. In this article, Prof. Marco Colino argues in favour of using State aid rules to target tax rulings endorsing “sweetheart deals” for multinational enterprises, and discusses the recent cases against Apple, Fiat and Starbucks in the European Union.
