Prof. Robin Hui HUANG was invited by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission as an expert to conduct an internal staff training program from 7 to 8 December 2021. Prof. Huang talked about the new developments of Chinese securities regulation, including the 2019 reform of the Chinese securities law, the recent regulatory actions taken by Chinese regulators towards overseas-listed Chinese companies, and their implications for Hong Kong.
