Prof. Robin Hui HUANG has received an Excellence Prize for the research outcome of a major grant project on “Legal Enforcement Mechanisms for the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STIB, known as STAR Market) and Registration-based IPO System” that his research team conducted for the Shanghai Financial Court. The Prize was awarded by the Shanghai High Court, Shanghai Financial Court and Chinese Adjudicatory Theory Research Society. This has been a further honour since Prof. Huang received a similar prize from the Investor Services Centre of China Securities Regulatory Commission for a research grant project on “Research on Civil Compensation, Administrative Fine and Criminal Fine in the Capital Markets” in 2018.
