Prof. Robin Hui HUANG has published a new book “Fintech Regulation in China: Principles, Polices and Practices” (Cambridge University Press, 2021).

This is the first English book-length treatment of the regulation of Fintech in China, illustrating why and how China’s Fintech regulation has been developed, if and how it differs from the rest of the world, and what can be learned from the Chinese experience.

The Chairman of Hong Kong Financial Service Development Council wrote a foreword for the book and five eminent professors from Harvard Law, Stanford Law, Chicago Law, Oxford Law and Cambridge Law provided endorsements.
