Prof. Robin Hui HUANG has published a chapter on “Class Action in China” in Brian T. Fitzpatrick and Randall S. Thomas (eds), The Cambridge Handbook of Class Actions: An International Survey (Cambridge University Press, 2021).

This is the fourth paper of Prof. Huang’s research series on the issue of class action. It is an outcome of his research project (Project Number: 2019.A4.056.19C) funded by the Public Policy Research (PPR) Funding Scheme from the Policy Innovation and Co-ordination Office of The Government of the HKSAR.
