Prof. Lutz-Christian WOLFF, Dean of CUHK LAW & Wei Lun Professor of Law, has been invited to speak at the CISG@40 Celebration Conference. The conference is co-organized by the United Nations Convention on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the PRC Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). It will be held on 25 June 2021 in Beijing and simultaneously online. At the conference Prof. Wolff will speak about “Opting out of the CISG – Reasons, Risks for BRI Trade Disputes and Countermeasures”.
