Prof. Luke MARSH’s work cited in ‘The Hamlyn Lectures’, Cambridge University Press

Prof. Luke MARSH’s monograph ‘Criminal Judges’ (co-authored with Prof. Mike McConville) has been cited by the Chief Justice of New Zealand, Dame Sian Elias, in the recent publication of her Hamlyn Lectures entitled ‘Fairness in Criminal Justice – Golden Threads and Pragmatic Patches’.

The Hamlyn Lectures are an annual series of public lectures by distinguished judges, legal practitioners, academic lawyers and other eminent speakers such as Sir John Laws, Jeremy Waldron, Lord Bingham, Sir Stephen Sedley and J.C. Smith.
