Prof. Gregory GORDON was recently interviewed on the BBC in relation to US President Joseph Biden’s comments that Russia has committed the crime of genocide in connection with its invasion of Ukraine. Prof. Gordon’s analysis indicated that, while potential evidence of genocide should be collected by investigators, it is too early to come to a legal determination that the crime of genocide has been committed.
