Prof. Chin Leng LIM was invited to speak at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission’s (CIETAC) first Investment Arbitration Moot and Seminar which was held in Xi’an on 23rd and 24th February 2019. The seminar entitled “Buckling Up for Road-Bumps Ahead” was attended by lawyers, academics and students. 

The event was co-organised with the Investment Law Division, Department of Treaty and Law, Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Xi’an Jiaotong University and several Chinese law firms.
