Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, will attend the resumption of the 38th Session of Working Group III of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), which is to be held in Vienna, 20-24 January 2020. He is also invited to speak at a side event entitled “Some Far Eastern Perspectives on Investment Arbitration, and Options for Structural Reform”, organised by AAIL for the morning of Wednesday, 22 January 2020. This side event will take place at the Vienna International Centre and is open to delegations and participants.
