Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, will attend the resumption of the 40th Session of Working Group III of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), which is to be held online at Vienna/Central European Summer Time from 4 – 5 May 2021. Working Group III is tasked with Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) Reform.
