Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, moderated the session entitled “The AIAC 2021 Rules in the Face of Controversies and Cultural Nuances” for the Asian International Arbitration Centre’s Rules Day which was held on 3 October 2022 in Kuala Lumpur. The panel discussed the new 2021 Arbitration Rules on expedited procedures, emergency arbitrator appointments and challenges, interim measures, summary dismissal, and multi-party (and multi-contract) arbitrations.

Prof. Lim had recently served on the Rules Revision Committee tasked with the AIAC’s new 2021 Arbitration Rules.
