Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law was invited by the Asian Academy of International Law (AAIL) to speak at a panel webinar on “The Separate Customs Territory of Hong Kong and the WTO”. The issue arises from the United States President’s Executive Order on Hong Kong Normalisation, and the subsequent US measure on marks of origin imposed on goods imported from the Hong Kong SAR. The webinar was supported by the Legal Affairs Steering Committee of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association. The talk will be published later this year as part of AAIL’s 2020 Colloquium on International Law.
