Prof. Chao XI publishes book chapter on “Shareholder Voting and Corporate Sustainability in China”

Based upon a proprietary dataset on shareholder voting in China, Prof. Chao XI recently contributed a chapter on “Shareholder Voting and Corporate Sustainability in China: An Empirical Study” in Beate Sjåfjell and Christopher Bruner (eds.) Cambridge Handbook of Corporate Law, Corporate Governance and Sustainability (Cambridge University Press, 2019) p. 431. The research has been supported by a General Research Fund (CUHK-14613616) from the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong.
