The Workshop on Anti-suit Injunctions and FRAND Litigation in China, co-organized by the Centre for Financial Regulation and Economic Development (CFRED) at CUHK LAW and the Center for Law and Intellectual Property at Texas A&M University School of Law, was successfully held online on 17 December 2021. This workshop was facilitated by two principal papers written by scholars in these two law schools: (1)  King Fung Tsang & Jyh-An Lee, The Ping-Pong Olympics in Antisuit Injunction in FRAND, 28 Michigan Technology Law Review (forthcoming 2022); and (2) Peter K.
