CUHK LAW was pleased to have Ms. Elizabeth Chan, Associate of Three Crowns LLP in London, share with our alumni the basics of investment arbitration.  This presentation took a Hong Kong perspective.  Her discussion focused on the mechanics of and issues concerning the Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) system, both from substantive and practical points of view.
