CUHK LAW hosted the Property Law Webinar ‘The Seven Deadly Sins of Trustee Decision Making’ on 23 June 2021. It was delivered by Mr. Andrew Lynn, Barrister, Gilt Chambers, Hong Kong. This Webinar served as an overview and update on the law of trustee decision making, both as a matter of general principle and as it has played out before the courts in recent cases. This Webinar considered the principal duties imposed on trustees, addressed certain common misconceptions about trustee decision making, explained the problems with the current state of the law, and provided practical guidance to trustees on decision-making good practice.
