CUHK LAW was pleased to have Ms. Willa Chan, the founding principal of Willa Legal and an alumna, give us a presentation the laws, regulations and trends on private funds and private fund managers.  Willa also discussed the common structures of various private funds and initiatives and measures Hong Kong has introduced to develop and strengthen itself as a private funds hub.
