It was a pleasure having Mr. Chris Lambert, Managing Partner of Robertsons, share his insights with our alumni on challenges law firms in Hong Kong face and on how to manage a firm in times of crisis.  Mr. Lambert reviewed the various business models law firms adopt, types of crises they face and key strategies, both immediate and long-term, of crisis management that take into account stakeholders’ (including staff, clients, regulators and creditors) interests and expectations.
