Congratulations to Prof. Sandra MARCO COLINO on winning the Academic Excellence Award from the Global Competition Review (GCR) 2020. The prize is given annually to an academic competition specialist that “made an outstanding contribution to competition policy”. In the past year, Prof. Marco Colino published a new edition of her textbook Competition Law of the EU and UK (Oxford University Press), as well as four articles. She received two nominations for the Antitrust Writing Awards, and one of her publications was chosen among the competition law academics’ favourite antitrust pieces of all time.
