Congratulations to CUHK LAW PhD student Can EKEN on receiving the CUHK Postgraduate Research Output Award 2021 for his article “A detailed comparison of third-party funding regulations in Hong Kong and Singapore” (2021) 29(1) Asia Pacific Law Review 25-46. The Award recognizes research postgraduate students with commendable research achievements during their studies.

Can’s thesis title is “Rethinking Third-Party Funding in Investment Arbitration: Towards a New Procedural and Ethical Paradigm”. He is co-supervised by Profs. Bryan DRUZIN and Fernando DIAS SIMÕES.
