The Baseline Study on the Implementation of UNCRC Article 12 in Hong Kong conducted by Prof. Anne SCULLY-JOHNSON

The Hong Kong Committee on Children’s Rights has commissioned Prof. Anne SCULLY-JOHNSON to conduct The Baseline Study on the Implementation of UNCRC Article 12 in Hong Kong to illustrate the extent of implementation of Article 12 (Children’s Right to be Heard) of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in Hong Kong. The study looks into the article’s implementation in Hong Kong’s laws, mechanisms and practices in settings such as general policy making, legal, alternative care, education, health, leisure and culture and others that are closely related to children.
