Prof. Steven GALLAGHER presented a paper “Law and History for Continuing Legal Education? The changing face of the Greater China Legal History Seminar Series” at the Australian & New Zealand Law and History Society Conference on 9 December 2020.

This paper discussed the experience of “going online” with the CUHK LAW Greater China Legal History Seminar Series, noting the even greater success that the series has achieved in 2020. The paper also noted the Series’ legacies, including, among others, the establishment of the Transnational Legal History Group of CUHK LAW’s Centre for Comparative and Transnational Law (CCTL) and the organisation of conference, including the Asian Legal History Conference on 24-25 July 2021.
