Prof. Sandra MARCO COLINO appointed by the Hong Kong Competition Commission as Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network

Prof. Sandra MARCO COLINO has been appointed by the Hong Kong Competition Commission as Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network (ICN). Prof. Marco Colino had previously held this position from 2015 until 2018. She will take up her duties again by participating in the Cartels and the Mergers Working Groups, and attending some of the in-person meetings of the ICN. 

The ICN brings together over 100 competition authorities from around the world with the purpose of addressing issues relating to the application of competition law and the development of competition policy. Non-Governmental Advisors include lawyers, in-house counsel, academics, judges and other antitrust experts.
