Prof. Robin Hui HUANG and his PhD student, Dr. Chao WANG, won a Third Prize for Best Conference Paper for their co-authored paper at the 2020 Annual Conference of China Securities Law Society

Prof. Robin Hui HUANG and his PhD student, Dr. Chao WANG, won a Third Prize for Best Conference Paper for their co-authored paper at the 2020 Annual Conference of China Securities Law Society held on 26 September 2020.

The co-authored paper titled “Substantial Shareholding Disclosure Regime in Chinese Listed Companies: Empirical Study and Policy Suggestions” is one of the 21 papers awarded prizes out of more than 100 papers received by the conference this year. The paper empirically examines the substantial shareholding disclosure regime and critically evaluates the changes to the regime brought under the new Securities Law. It is also selected to be published in 《证券法律评论》 [Securities Law Review], the official journal of China Securities Law Society.
