On 26 May 2022 Prof. Lutz-Christian WOLFF, Dean of CUHK LAW & Wei Lun Professor of Law, spoke at the Vision 2030 for Rule of Law International Symposium organized by the Department of Justice of the HKSAR. During his presentation titled “Flexible International Law as Response to Global Crises?”, Prof. Wolff discussed the meaning of flexible international law and related rule of law-implications.
