Prof. Fernando DIAS SIMÕES was invited to serve as arbitrator at the FDI Moot Global Orals 2020 organized by the Centre for International Legal Studies (CILS), which were held online between 4 and 9 November 2020.

Prof. Dias Simões served as arbitrator in four hearings. The moot case involved a coal-fired power plant to be phased out well before it designed operational life and included a challenge to one of the arbitrators.
