Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, was invited to speak at the Symposium on the Fundamental Aspects of International Dispute Resolution which was held in Tokyo at Keio University from 11 to 12 November 2019. Prof. LIM spoke on the autonomy of arbitration and the idea of an autonomous transnational legal order amidst the proliferation of international commercial courts.
