Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, has contributed a chapter on “International Trade and Foreign Investment” in McInerney-Lankford, S. and McCorquodale, R. (eds), The Roles of International Law in Development  (Oxford University Press, 2024),  Ch. 14, pp. 339-362. The launch of the book took place on 12 February 2024 at the Headquarters of the World Bank in D.C, hosted by the Legal Vice-Presidency.
