Prof. Bryan MERCURIO spoke on the EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment (CAI) and gave his opinion on CAI at an online seminar hosted by the Institute of International Trade at the University of Adelaide, alongside the European Union’s Chief Negotiator for the Agreement, Maria Martin-Prat, and the Managing Director of the European Services Forum (ESF), Pascal Kerneis.
