Corporate Governance of Chinese State-owned Enterprises: From Comparative and Empirical Perspectives, co-supervised by Professors Robin HUANG and Shixue HU.

RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS

I am interested in financial law, corporate law, especially legal issues relevant to state-owned enterprises (SOEs). With my thesis, I hope to explore the corporate governance of Chinese SOEs and provide valuable suggestions on improving Chinese SOEs’ efficiency.
