CUHK LAW successfully held the Symposium on Cambridge Handbook of Comparative Shareholder Engagement and Voting online on 22 & 23 June 2020. Authors of 19 jurisdictions collectively contributed to focus discussions on shareholder engagement and voting, with a view to making cutting-edge and evidence-based contributions to the comparative theoretical discourse in the field.
