On 5 July 2021, over 100 CUHK LAW alumni, students and practitioners attended an alumni online seminar on IP protection in China.  Ms. Wency Yu, Partner of Broad & Bright in Beijing and a graduate of CUHK LAW’s first JD cohort, discussed various strategies for brand protection in China and tips on how to choose the right enforcement route.  Mr. Alex Liang, also a Partner of Broad & Bright in Beijing, then explained the uses and mechanics of injunctions in Chinese IP litigation.
