CUHK LAW was delighted to have Ms. Bertha Ho, Special Counsel of Baker & McKenzie and one of the Faculty’s very first alumna, present on the burgeoning and innovative area of security interests over intellectual property assets in both Hong Kong and the PRC.  Her presentation dealt with structural, regulatory and practical aspects.  It introduced relevant procedures and documents, as well included a case study that took participants through a real-life transaction in the area.
