CUHK LAW hosted the Legal Thinkers’ Seminar, ‘What HLA Hart and Ronald Dworkin Teach Litigators’, on Thursday 24 June 2021. Mr. Matthew Cheung of CUHK LAW delivered this.  In his seminar, Mr. Cheung canvassed the ideas of the two leading theorists of analytical jurisprudence.  He focused on illustrating how their theories, complex and abstract as they are, are thoroughly relevant to the way lawyers argue and judges decide cases.
