CUHK LAW and the Competition Commission co-organized the Autumn Academy on Competition Law and Policy on 13, 17 and 18 November 2021. Under the umbrella of the Autumn Academy, “Workshop on Competition Law and Policy”(on-line) and “Training on Competition Law and Policy” (face-to-face) were conducted.  The Autumn Academy concluded with more than 600 participants, many of whom are government officers, lawyers and business compliance professionals. The programme covered the key elements of the Competition Ordinance and its practical applications, compliance and the recent development of Mainland China’s Ant-monopoly Law.
