It was innovatively arranged as an inter-faculty collaboration among law, business and engineering, so as to generate inter-disciplinary ideas on the subject matter.
The conference was proudly supported by Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation, and Hang Seng Bank. It was also organized in partnership with the Banking and Finance Law Review, a well-respected international law journal in the field which will help disseminate conference papers.
