Prof. Anatole BOUTE introduced the CUHK LLM in Energy and Environmental Law (LEL) Programme in a SCMP article “Degrees tackle climate change crisis and green issues”. In the article, Prof. Boute shared that in the context of the green economic transition, experts are needed and are in demand to facilitate the reorganisation of business towards sustainability.  Student Dixon Pascal Lai also said that the LEL Programme helps students gain a good understanding of, and interest in, environmental and energy law, politics and economics.
