Congratulations to CUHK LAW PhD student YIN Qian on receiving the PhD International Mobility for Partnerships and Collaborations Award 2024-25. The grant will allow her to undertake short-term research attachment at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany.

Qian’s thesis topic is “Data Exclusivity for Pharmaceuticals in Free Trade Agreements”. She is co-supervised by Prof. Jyh-An LEE and Prof. Shixue HU.
