Congratulations to CUHK LAW PhD student Shuqin MEI on receiving the Ernst Mach Grant for PhD Students and Post-Docs for 2023-24. The grant will allow her to undertake short-term research attachment at University of Vienna, Austria.

Shuqin’s thesis topic is “Politics, Culture, and Law: Exploring the Challenges of Identifying and Prosecuting Human Trafficking in China”. She is co-supervised by Profs. Michelle MIAO and Jingyi WANG.
