Prof. Luke MARSH was invited to speak at the Law & Society Association’s Global Meeting held at the ISCTE University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal on 13-16 July 2022.  

Prof. Marsh presented a paper on “Navigating Crisis: Guilty Pleas and Defence Lawyering in a time of Covid-19” in a session chaired by Malcolm Feeley (Emeritus at Berkeley Law).
