Prof. Robin Hui HUANG has published new article of his research series on insider trading titled “Enforcement of Chinese Insider Trading Law: An Empirical and Comparative Perspective” in The American Journal of Comparative Law

Prof. Robin Hui HUANG has published a new article of his research series on insider trading titled “Enforcement of Chinese Insider Trading Law: An Empirical and Comparative Perspective” in The American Journal of Comparative Law (Oxford University Press). This article conducts the first comprehensive and systematic empirical analysis of all relevant insider trading cases in China from the early 1990s till middle 2017, using statistical tools to measure and, identify potential factors determining, the intensity of insider trading law enforcement in China.  

Prof. Huang has already published two other articles in the said journal, focusing on China’s veil-piercing law (2012) and private securities litigation (2013). With this new article, his research series on insider trading law now includes one monograph, three book chapters, and six papers.
