Prof. Robin Hui HUANG and CUHK LAW graduate Aiden Foon Lok CHAN have published a co-authored article entitled “The Legal Nature of Cryptocurrency as Property: Accounting and Taxation Implications” in the Computer Law & Security Review with Prof. Hui Deng.

This publication is an outcome of Prof. Huang’s project “Hong Kong’s Regulation of Fintech in the Context of the Greater Bay Area” under the CUHK Direct Grant for Research 2021/2022 and “The Regulation of Fintech in China” under the RGC General Research Fund 2019/2020.
