Prof. Queenie LAI presented on “Situated Learning for Legal Education: Future-proofing Law Graduates Within and Beyond the Classroom” at the UNSW Sydney Legal Education Research Conference 2023 in Sydney, Australia.

Prof. Lai explored how situated learning takes place within the law curriculum and outside it and what support law schools can provide to law students to ensure their technical abilities and professional skills are relevant to employers and make them attractive hires. Theory and practice of situated learning was discussed, with illustrations from CUHK LAW undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
