Prof. Jyh-An LEE was invited to give a talk at Cornell Law School on “The Non-Market Approach to Intellectual Property Law and Policy: The Case of China” on 2 November 2023. The event was hosted by the School’s Clarke Program in East Asian Law and Culture and joined by Cornell Law Professors Yun-chien Chang and Oskar Liivak as the moderator and discussant.
