Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, attended the First Session of the UNIDROIT/ICC Institute Working Group on International Investment Contracts at UNIDROIT’s seat in Rome from 23 to 25 October 2023. He was appointed to the Working Group following the nomination of the ICC Institute, Paris. The project aims at developing guidance to foster the modernisation and standardisation of international investment contracts.
