The World Bank Group’s Women Business and Law (WBL) project collects unique data on the laws and regulations that restrict women’s economic opportunities. Since 2009, WBL has enhanced the study of gender equality and informed discussions on improving women’s economic opportunities and empowerment. Prof. SCULLY-JOHNSON reports to WBL on domestic violence, sexual harassment and marriage laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
