RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS
I am interested in information & privacy law, cyber law, and legal theory. With my thesis, I hope to generate concepts and analytical frameworks basing on a detailed understanding of digital age dilemmas in various contexts. I also aim to explore the causal explanations for specific phenomena formed with radical social transformations caused by the reform of big data, and to critically reflect on the existing legal regime on personal data privacy and data protection.
